Ex-boyfriend feels sad?

My exboyfriend has been posting memorabilia of when we were together on facebook, he has made many little videos with songs and everything and very touching footage. When I saw it I felt really sad and very sorry that we are over. I am also worried about him, i.e that he might be depressed or even suicidal as the final video has some kind of lady of the lake scenery that was a bit morbid. I deleted him from my friends but he has made the webpage global. Should I email him or wait till he emails me or should I simply ignore it. He seems to have gone through a lot of trouble and I don't want to ignore it if he needs help.
