Worst franchise with the worst future?

I want to use the worst team with the worst future for the upcomming NBA Live 08 game. I like a challenge. What I mean by future is that although Portland will stink now; they have a pretty bright future with youngsters Roy, Aldridge and Oden. So I don't want Portland.
