Where can i find a still camera tripod that s small when folded but s 4-5 feet tall when the legs r extended?

I need a camera tripd that is lees than 10 inches tall when folded but it extends 4-5 feet when the legs are extended. I saw one that is attached to a slim still camera without a center extendable piece. The digital camera is fixed on top of the tripod without the head unit.
