Which van should i buy? there is a 2000 dodge caravan sport, 160,000 km, yr 2000 looks good condition, dealer?

is willing to take 4000 for it, he origjnally wanted 4899. I went to another place that specializes in dealing with people with not so great credit, which is my situation from my divorce. this dealer said he can lease me a chevy uplander van 2005, 89,000km, price if paying cash or with good credit is 13,998. however with my credit best he can do is lease for 4 years, i pay 577/mth, put 1000 down, at end of lease (4 yrs) i can 'buy' it out for another 2000, so that is actually going to be around 30,000 (i added it up, 577 X 48 mths=27696+2000=29696. so i will be paying over double the asking price. i dont have any credit though and need a van, any advice pls, thanks so much!
