How to enable Chinese encoding in IE on Windows Mobile 5.0?

I found that IE on Windows Mobile supports UTF-8. However, some Chinese websites are using encoding zh_CN.GB2312, etc, then they look messy on IE, and I cannot find the option to change the encoding. Is there anybody know how?
