In your opinion, the best sector to be invested in in 2010?

The Obama administration has targeted every sector you mention with more regulation and taxation with the exception of tech. Additionally, as long as the government prints money as fast as the printing presses will do it, commodities might be the best investment because that sector tends to move inversely with the value of the dollar.
