Add page serial no like 1,2,3,.........,n in the bottom of wordpress.?

I have a wordpress site . Where I publish lot of post . But I can`t visitors can`t see more then 10 post in my home page . But I want to creat some page for each 10 post . That`s why I have to use an option like 1,2,3,>>>>n in the bottom of my first page and every page . So what can I do . Who want to give me the answer please read everything . I will be very pleased if I get the correct solution . Thanks .
