Your cards are over heating. Solution remove the side of the case and blast everything with a compressed can of air. Do not use a regular compressor or other things, moisture will be more dense and could cause shorts. Secondly while the computer is running have the case open and see if the fans are indeed running. I know its sounds like a duh but never know. I also recommend buying some case fans. they are only a few dollars and easy to install. Also while using the compressed air try and prevent the Freon from running out. you'll know it when you see that a frost spot has emerged and can tell from the sound. If you do it causes rapid stress on connections, or connections breaking microscopically which could result in future problems, even failure.
