Can you explain why I had these experiences?

You were abducted to what seemed like a brief moment but they operated in a timely manner and you're feeling the aftereffects. I wouldn't say it's normal but it has happened to members of my family, a "loss of time", and sudden, unexplainable physical symptoms.
