Help ten year relationship at breaking point!?

my partner and i have had three children and we are at breaking point with our life, need new ideas in that department anyone got any? as i love my partner to bits i dont belive in staying together for kiddies sake. would like ideas from boyh genders thank you to all who replys.xx
