How Do I become more fit ? Please Help?

eat right!!! Lots of fruits and veggies and lean protein, chicken, fish things like that. Do some form of cardio for 30-60 min a day 5 days a week. You also need to do some strength training. The more muscle m you have the more calories your body burns. Eat 5 small meals a day versus 3 larger ones. Ask your mom to always have salad available and eat that before lunch and dinner. Drink lots of water. I mean lots!
