Who is the biggest RASCAL in India today, either past, or, present?

There were a few rascals in the Sri Harmandir Sahib that are playing politics, ans would be better servred by playing kirtan and singing Gods name, as the teachings tell us to. Any other, either male or female, may answers. Thanks!
