Would it be hard for me to qualify for B.S degree program for a Physican istant at Upstate medical?

I have a 2.54 Gpa, and i go to herkimer county community college. I will be getting my ociates in general science in two semesters. I was wondering would it be challenging for me to get into Upstate medicals Bachelor Degree Physical Therapy istant program. If so is there any other schools within that region that i would have a sure shot at.
